1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to unifying constructional quality acceptance of industrial installation engineering, strengthening management of construction quality of engineering project and ensuring engineering quality. 

1.0.2 This standard is applicable to constructional quality acceptance of industrial installation engineering. 

1.0.3 This standard is the unified criteria for formulate constructional quality acceptance specifications of each industrial installation engineering. 

1.0.4 This national standard specifies basic requirements on the constructional quality acceptance of industrial installation engineering. If this standard collides with national laws and administrative laws, the later shall prevail. 

1.0.5 This standard shall be use in combination with current national standard on constructional quality acceptance specifications for installation engineering of industrial equipment, piping, electric apparatus, automation instrument, corrosion preventive, heat insulation and industrial furnace masonry.
